XQ Consulting is led by Dr. Taryn Zlatin McKenzie--a visionary leader who is driven to motivate, challenge and inspire individuals. With an infectious energy and passion for growth, she challenges others to think differently and reimagine what’s possible.    

In addition to her consulting and executive coaching work, Dr. McKenzie teaches at the College of Charleston as a business professor, where she brings XQ insights into every class she teaches.  

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Emotional Intelligence and Employee Engagement. She also earned an Executive Graduate Degree in Business Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
