We provide professional consulting and executive coaching services in business, leadership, personal development, career development.  Specific terms of engagement for consulting work will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

All client consulting services are subject to a separate agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These terms do not override any provisions in such agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Refunds are not typically provided once consulting work has begun, unless agreed otherwise in a written contract.
